The fireplace is always lit, the service is enjoyable, & Phil's steak is THE BEST in the state! Highly recommend the Ribeye plate!

Omg! Will definitely be back! Saw the Cajun pan fried online and just had to try it. I was not disappointed. It was even way better than I was hoping.

Pretty busy tonight but I guess if you go somewhere with good food you can expect that. The service was good and the pan fried cajun haddock was excellent. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is we sat in the corner of the dining room and it was kinda cold over there. Some people that were sitting in front of the gas fireplace were warm so they got up and shut it off not thinking about anyone else of course. Definitely will be back.

My husband and I have been out to Phil's Round 2 several Friday nights for the Fish Fry. First time we were with friends and had the pan-fried cod. Was very good but it didn't have a good 'crust' on it from the fry. We'll give them another try in the future. Hubby had the shrimp, and it was excellent. The next time we were there, hubby once again had the shrimp, and I had the battered cod. Now THIS was excellent. The waitresses were all very attentive, and I think the owners were working too. Our waitress said 'yes mom' so this place is REALLY a hometown bar! The bar is ample in size, with several high-top tables and a couple smaller ones near the pool tables. Then there is another room that looks to have banquet seating. Since it was a Friday night, the place was busy so many tables there were also filled!
